Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in theΒ same condition that you received it β€” unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at orders@yourbookish.com. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

If your return request is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:

  • Mystery Boxes / Mystery Bundles

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

Due to the nature of these products, all sales are final once the order is placed.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours of receipt if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Include photos so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Failure to report issues within this timeframe may result in the claim being denied.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get a new item is to return the eligible item (if approved) and place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer law.

This does not apply to mystery boxes, personalized items, or other exempt products.
